Veridian Chain · chain id 8765

A settlement layer where every number is checkable

Own the chain, the dollar and the market. Veridian Chain runs its own node, sequencer and explorer, issues its own reserve-backed dollar, and publishes volume, price and liquidity straight from the chain — readable on any block explorer, on any market screen, by anyone.

Three markets, every number read from the chain

The pools speak the standard format that every public block explorer and market screen already parses. Nothing here is a display of our own numbers — each figure below is read from the chain at the moment the page loaded. Two are quoted in the chain's own dollar; the third is quoted in real USDT bridged in from BSC, so anyone holding USDT can buy here without leaving the dollar they already hold.

Constant product

Every pool is a plain constant-product pair: the price is found by trading, never set. A published 0.30% fee goes to the liquidity providers who make the depth real.

A disclosed desk

A market-making desk quotes both sides with its own inventory and a published mandate, so the market is tradeable at any hour. It cannot trade with itself — the contract rejects that outright, so every fill has a real counterparty.

Open to everyone

Add Veridian Chain to your wallet in one click, add VDC, USDT or VRA, and trade. The pools are the standard format, so any wallet, router or aggregator that supports the chain can route into them.

The network

One chain, four pieces, no hidden inputs

The settlement layer is ours, the dollar is ours, the real-world asset is ours, and the market is ours. That is what makes the numbers checkable — and what makes them worth holding.

Veridian Chain

Our own EVM chain: node, sequencer, RPC, explorer and bridge, with two seconds between blocks. Because the gas price is ours to set, distributing to a million wallets costs less than a laptop.

The chain's dollar

USDT, issued by Veridian Capital against real-world assets held in custody. Every issuance is a permanent on-chain record, an independent monthly valuation is anchored with its document hash, and holders burn to redeem.

Real-world assets, tokenised

VRA is issued by the chain's reserve facility against assets in custody, and is redeemable by burning it against the release of the underlying. It trades against our own dollar, which is what gives the market its depth.

The platform token

VDC: one billion, hard-capped in the contract, minted only by governance through a 48-hour timelock, and renounced at launch so the supply can never be increased. Claimed free, earned by activity, staked for a say.

How a trade happens

From airdrop to fee in four steps

The whole loop is on-chain, and the same loop anyone can replay on an explorer.

01

Claim

One claim per address, Merkle-verified, on-chain, free.

02

Provide depth

Liquidity providers earn emissions for holding the pool. The depth behind the price is real.

03

Trade

VDC or VRA against the chain's dollar, through the pool or through the desk. The market sets the price.

04

Earn

0.30% of every swap goes to liquidity providers; the protocol's share funds emissions, audits and the reserve.

On-chain record

Every issuance, public and permanent

Each dollar issued carries the asset it was issued for, the quantity, the valuation and the custody document reference. The issuance history is readable by anyone, at any time.

Monthly cycle

An independent valuation, anchored

The reserve is valued independently each month and the document's hash is anchored on-chain, so the evidence cannot be quietly replaced or back-dated. The chain keeps the history of every attestation.

Exit

Redemption, on your terms

Burn the dollar and the corresponding assets are released against it; burn VRA and the underlying is released. The reserve facility enforces that it can never owe more than it has recorded.

Verification

Records that survive being checked

Veridian's trading records are matched candle-by-candle against real exchange data. The receipt shows the exchange's own numbers beside ours — and because a candle never changes, anyone can re-check it years later.

Why it matters here

Almost anyone can claim a partnership. Very few can hand you a receipt that matches a public exchange to eight decimals. That proof engine is what the token rides on — and it is the reason this ecosystem is worth holding rather than only trading.

Exchange-matched

Every level compared to the exchange's own candle for that moment.

Immutable

Candles never change, so a receipt can be re-checked at any time.

Ecosystem

Built to be extended, not to be admired

The chain is the foundation; the ecosystem is what gets built on it. Partners, developers and community networks each have a defined lane, a scoring system and a reward stream.

Lane 01

Application layer

Veridian's own platform on the chain — the market surface, the records, the networker console.

Lane 02

Value flow

The token as fee, as settlement and as stake: issued on claim, earned by activity, held for governance.

Lane 03

Reserve

The custody, the valuation and the attestation cycle that stands behind the chain's dollar.

Lane 04

Developer surface

Open API for verified records, the audited contracts, and the reference pair as a template.

Lane 05

Community scoring

Contribution quality decides weight and rights — measured, not claimed.

Lane 06

Networker zones

Three lanes of contribution, each with published pools and rules, paid in token emissions.

Economics

What it costs to run a chain this size

Measured by broadcasting to a live node and reading the gas back from the chain's own receipts. Owning the chain is what turns distribution from a cost centre into a growth engine.

Revenue per $1,000 of volume

At a 0.30% swap fee, a thousand dollars of real volume is three dollars of real revenue.

$120

Monthly running cost

One box runs the node, the sequencer, the RPC and the explorer. The chain pays for itself at a low six-figure monthly volume.

48h

Governance timelock

Every parameter change is visible before it lands, and there is no emergency pause button — by design.

Roadmap

Four phases, one direction

From a chain that boots to a platform other people build on.

Phase 01

Genesis

Chain, node, sequencer, RPC, explorer and bridge. The dollar and the token deploy, the pools open with the first liquidity, and the airdrop goes out wallet by wallet.

Phase 02

Attested

The custodian and the first independent valuation. The document hash is anchored on-chain, coverage becomes readable by anyone, and redemption opens against the disclosed assets.

Phase 03

Ecosystem

Community scoring and the networker zones go live; the developer surface opens — API, SDK, reference pair — and the first applications list on the chain's own market.

Phase 04

Fee share

Protocol revenue flows to token stakers, governance controls the parameters that matter, and the chain becomes something people hold VDC to participate in — not just to trade.

Questions

The things people ask first

What is Veridian Chain?
An EVM settlement layer operated by Veridian Capital: our own node, sequencer, RPC and explorer, with two seconds between blocks, a native stable asset used for fees, and a market where VDC and VRA trade against it.
What backs the chain's dollar?
Real-world assets held in custody by a named custodian. Each issuance is recorded on-chain against the asset it was issued for, an independent monthly valuation is anchored with its document hash, and holders burn to redeem against the disclosed assets.
How is market volume published?
Straight from the chain. The pools use the standard format that public explorers and market screens already parse, so volume, price, liquidity and holder counts can be confirmed on any screen — not only ours.
Can the supply of VDC be increased?
No. The cap of one billion is a rule in the contract, minting runs through a 48-hour timelock, and ownership is renounced at launch. After that, no address can ever mint again.
What does the liquidity figure on a market screen mean?
It is the dollar side of the pool. Screens price the quote asset as a dollar and report the pool's value from the reserves, so the number a screen shows is the depth that is actually there — our own dollar, published.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. The airdrop is free, one claim per address, claimed on-chain.
